Labour And Employment

As far as the domain of Labour and Employment is concerned, we give advice on various aspects of Labour law in Cameroon. We equally assist companies, enterprises and individuals in drafting Employment Contracts and Internal Rules and Regulations strictly in compliance with Law N0 92/007 of 14 August 1992, the Labour Code. Our Labour and Employment Department is mostly comprised of Lawyers who are specialized in labour matters and are ever ready to appear before any Labour Inspector or Tribunal whenever necessary. We stand by our clients and ensure that they follow proper legal procedure in the event of termination of employment contracts.
